Cut to length line Function and Characteristics:

   The cut-to-length line is used to produce smooth flat sheet with required dimensions of length and width by uncoiling. straightening and shearing operations from coils of different kinds.

  The cut-to length line is reasonable in layout, easy to operate, high in automation, productivity and precision, and acceptable in price, which can be used to produce sheet from various coils, such as cold and hot rolled steel, silicon steel, stainless steel, color steel, aluminum and electroplated of coated metals. the cut-to-length line has found wide applications in sheet metal processing area in automotive, agriculture vehicle, container, household electric instrument, food, package, building materials, etc, industries.

  The cut-to-length line consists mainly of a coil loading cart, a single or double expanding mandrel uncoiler, a slitter(or an edge trimmer),a waste edge coiler(or scrap handing machine),a shear ,a stacker, etc. between machines there are swinging bridges, tracing devices, feeding deviation correcting devices and numerical feeding devices, etc. this line is ideal coil automatically processing equipment integrated of machines, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
